Grilled Marinated Mako Shark
Ingredients
1/2 lb of Mako shark | ||
1/4 cup olive oil | ||
juice of 3 lemons | ||
2 tsp oregano | ||
kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste |
Mako shark is a meaty fish that takes well to grilling.
- Combine lemon juice, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Place Mako in a baking dish and cover with the marinade.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Grill Mako for about 4 minutes per side. (based on 1 thick inch fillets)
- Baste with marinade while grilling.
