This is a version of the sauce that is used on Baltimore much loved pit beef sandwiches. This recipe makes 1 cup and may be stored in a jar with a tight fitting lid in the refrigerator. It is typically used on Baltimore's famous pit beef sandwiches.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup prepared horseradish
- 2 tbs dry mustard (Colemans)
- 2 tbs sour cream
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Serve with steak or roast beef on a roll as a sandwich.
