How to Make Baltimore Tiger Sauce

This is a version of the sauce that is used on Baltimore much loved pit beef sandwiches. This recipe makes 1 cup and may be stored in a jar with a tight fitting lid in the refrigerator. It is typically used on Baltimore's famous pit beef sandwiches.


Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup prepared horseradish
• 2 tbs dry mustard (Colemans)
• 2 tbs sour cream

Directions:

• Mix all ingredients well.
• Serve with steak or roast beef on a roll as a sandwich.
